SIGN UP HERE: https://www.volunteermatch.org/search/opp3432063.jsp The Binaytara Foundation is looking for volunteers to help at our upcoming medical conference in Seattle, WA - April 28th, 29th, 30th, and May 1st, 2022. You will get to meet with some of the top experts in oncology. We are looking for a total of 23 volunteers to help with various tasks. If you would like, you can help out during the whole weekend! Ideal for nursing, medical, or other healthcare students but you don't have to be one. No prior experience is needed. You must enjoy working with people. As a volunteer, you will help set up the conference room, prepare conference materials, help with registration and check-in of attendees, take pictures/videos, post on social media, and provide support as needed. Time commitment: We need volunteers during the following hours. However, you may not need to be there all of these times if you are unavailable at all the listed times. - Thursday April 28, 2022 from 3 PM to 6 PM - Orientation/introduction & conference materials preparation, set up banners, posters etc. (light snack provided) - Friday April 29, 2022 from 2:30 PM to 7 PM - Registration, attendee check-in, photography, provide other support as needed. - Saturday April 30, 2022 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Registration, attendee check-in, photography, provide other support as needed. Breakfast and lunch provided. Coffee/tea as needed. - Saturday April 30, 2022 from 5:00 PM - 9:30 PM - Gala dinner help. Answer questions, help with the auction, and provide other assistance as necessary. - Sunday May 1st, 2022 from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Registration, attendee check-in, photography, provide other support as needed. Breakfast and lunch provided. Coffee/tea as needed. Clean-up help will also be necessary for the latter half of the day.
