What Shape is Your Leadership? - A Team Activity This was a leadership event submitted by one of our fellow brothers that they participated in at a Journalism Conference, and I absolutely loved the idea. This event will be after CHAPTER (or BEFORE pledge class) at 7pm. Everyone will be divided into teams, and by choosing a shape that is most appealing to you, you will be able to learn more about how you interact/what role you take within a team. This is a great opportunity to discover what kind of leader are YOU. See you there! :)
