https://botanicgardens.uw.edu/center-for-urban-horticulture/gardens/uw-farm/volunteer/ Be sure to register if you're volunteering for the first time and work the whole 2 hour shift! Mondays are Harvest Hands volunteer days on the farm. Come drop by the Mercer Court location anytime during our harvest volunteer shift and help out with the UW Farm team. We will be harvesting produce for campus dining, the community, food pantry and CSA. Connect with others who are interested in the urban food system, get outside and help out for an hour or two before or after your work day or class. If this is your first time volunteering, please visit the website and complete the two-step process to register. Bring a snack and water bottle and wear close-toed shoes. We provide gloves and all the tools!
