Chapter Assessment and Planning Session (CAPS)

Date: May 20, 2018 at 10:00am to 1:00pm
What is the Chapter Assessment and Planning Session? The Chapter Assessment and Planning Session (CAPS) is a tool to help the chapter identify its goals and begin to plan its program for the coming year, based on an assessment of the past year. It is not designed to be a comprehensive, point-by-point analysis of chapter operations. It is also not designed to plan every activity or to set the calendar in stone for the coming year. However, it should identify areas the chapter wants to improve and key events or activities the chapter wants to see happen. CAPS is an important time to reflect on the progress of the past year. It is a time when you, as a brother, can voice your input in order to guide what you would like to see the chapter accomplish in the next year. Also, the reason why there have not been an abundance of leadership events during this quarter as was the case for previous quarters is precisely to prioritize CAPS attendance. * Fill out survey on fb if you'd like to receive leadership credit by Wednesday 5/16. This survey will replace the normal leadership credit survey.
