As an aid station volunteer you will be passing out water & sports drink on the course to race participants. You will report directly to the aid station. You will report DIRECTLY to the Aid Station. Aid Station #4 is located at the intersection of Aurora Ave & Aloha St. Once at the aid station, please check in with the aid station captain or your group leader. You must sign your Aid Station Roster (provided by your group leader) to receive credit for volunteering. From there you will receive your volunteer gear and be assigned an area at the aid station. Aid station areas include setting up water & mixing or setting up sports drink. During the race, some of the aid station volunteer will begin to pass out water, sports drink, & chocolate treats to race participants while other volunteers will help keep the area clean. After the race, the aid station must be cleaned- garbage in bags, unused supplies boxed up, and tables stacked. Additional information on cleaning the aid station can be found in the Aid Station Manual sent to your group leader by the course manager. *Volunteers should be ready to jump in wherever needed!
