People are needed for the following duties: Set up (5 people): 4 - 5:30 pm Sound (1 -2 people): 4:30 - 9 pm Check In (3 people): 5:30 - 6:30 pm Food (4 people): 5:00 - 7:30 pm Childcare (1 person): 5:30 - 9 pm Raise the Paddle (4 people): 7 - 4:45 pm Collectors (2 people): 7:30 - 8 pm Check Out (10 people): *no time specified* Clean up / Breakdown (10 people): 9 -10 pm Feel free to stay for the entire event or sign up in hour long shifts. More in depth descriptions of activity will be provided on the day of the event. We're hoping for about 15-20 volunteers so please sign up!
