Please sign up by the 14th at noon! There will be an orientation at 7:30 on Monday the 17th. Please expect to stay after chapter for orientation if you sign up for this event. Position Assignments: Like Eliza said, for the majority of roles, so long as the roles listed on the sheet Eliza sent (I’ve reattached an updated/cleaned up one here—please use this instead of the old one) are filled, we are good to go. There are a couple exceptions to this: Recorders, Registration Team, and Raffle Sellers. Recorders will need to be quick, alert, and paying attention. Registration Team and Raffle Team will need to be quick, alert, and personable. If you can provide that as a preface before sign-up, that would be great. 2. Number of Volunteers: 25 in total (excluding some of our own staff/volunteers). Again, see attached sheet. Shift Duration: The attached sheet marks the required shift times for volunteers. Some volunteers will be required to stay the whole time (floaters), but not all. The important thing is that all volunteers stay for their required shifts, and that we have at least 3 folks to help with set-up starting at 4:30 and that we have at least 3 folks to help with clean-up starting at 8:15 (will be out of there by 8:30).
