What motivates you, what are your goals, and how do you go about achieving them? As a hiring manager these questions are the foundation of my interview. As a manager these questions are the foundation for direction and development. It’s difficult to make good decisions in the short run if you don’t have an idea of where you’re going. Those that pass you by are those that have goals, and a plan to achieve them.
