Every year, the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PANCAN) hosts the Purple Stride to raise money and awareness for pancreatic cancer research. Pancreatic cancer is one of the most difficult to diagnose, leading to many patients receiving late stage diagnoses/treatments. PANCAN aims to empower survivors and support research in order to give patients a stronger chance at winning their fight against cancer. We will be supporting various booths (donations, registration, etc.). Volunteers will also receive a t-shirt and have access to snacks throughout the event. Try and wear purple to your shift!
