The time for turkey legs, jousting, and people using "me" instead of "I" - the Maryland Renaissance Festival. Now in its second year of being conquered by brothers (brethren?) this is a lively, fantastic day of ye olde everything! Dress as you usually do or get into character; anything goes, and everything's wonderful. Tickets are $22 (unless over 20 of us go, then it's $18) and can be purchased at the gate or online. I HIGHLY recommend bringing a wad of cash so you can buy delicious, delicious food and maybe a robe and wizard hat. Plus, there are some really cool vendors, games, and times to be had! This is a hilariously awesome time - get excited.
