We need an AUTO Certified driver for this event!! On September 28 the Friends of Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of National Public Lands Day and we hope to take a moment that day to also extend our gratitude to American University's Chapter of APO and others who have donated their time and talents to restore and beautify our park. From 9-noon, volunteers will be putting on waders and working in the ponds, potting plants, and picking up trash. And from noon-12:30, we will have cake and a short awards ceremony to highlight outstanding volunteers and volunteer organizations. That's you!
