ATTENTION: THIS PROJECT RUNS FROM 6:30 PM on JANUARY 29th to 7:00 AM ON JANUARY 30th. THE WEBSITE WILL NOT LET ME ENTER THE CORRECT PROJECT TIME. YOU WILL RECEIVE 12.5 HRS TOWARDS COMMUNITY FOR VOLUNTEERING. Looking for LOTS of hours close to campus? Volunteer for a Metro House Overnight! Volunteers are responsible for making dinner for the residents, cleaning up, playing games and updating a log book. Lights out is at 10 pm and wake up is at 6:15 am! Beds and blankets are provided for volunteers, in a separate bunk room (it will be JUST like camp!), and all you have to bring is bedding (a sleeping bag or sheets and a pillow). Pat will be there to train you at 6:30 so you don't have to dive into all this responsibility and FUN on your own. And, there just might be an avid Scrabble player or two looking for a sharp young college student for competition. For more details on the event email me and I will send you the volunteer guidelines. They are super straight forward and EASY!
