**NOTE: All brothers who complete the program will receive a leadership point. All pledges will receive five points of extra credit on their pledge exam.** APO LEADS is National's super-awesome leadership development program, and Launch is your prerequisite to taking the other four courses! This two and a half hour program allows you to explore the differences between leadership and management, as well as discover the potential for leadership that exists within your chapter (and how you yourself can be a leader!) If you want to participate as a group, by all means, do so! However, everyone must use their own computer and answer the polls and questions in order to get credit. (Please be advised that this one starts at midnight EST, so if you're into leadership development in the dead of night, go for it!)
