APO LEADS is National's super-awesome leadership development program, and Launch is your prerequisite to taking the other four! This two and a half hour program allows you to explore the differences between leadership and management, as well as discover the potential for leadership that exists within your chapter (and how you yourself can be a leader!) You'll have to bring your own computer, and in order to actually complete the course, you do have to actively participate - but it's a great time! **SIGN UP HERE! http://apo.org/Calendar/CalendarEvent/93?eventID=98&calendarID=calapoleads**
