NPLD is the nation's largest, single-day volunteer effort. We will spend the day removing lotus from the ponds to help in next year's growth, taking out invasive plants, picking up trash, and performing other park projects. Please arrive by 8:45 in order to register and check in Volunteers will work in the ponds removing cut lotus, in the forest removing invasive plants or performing other park projects. The event will run rain or shine—please dress accordingly and plan to work outside."
