The ICON Dinner & Talent Showcase with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington features a silent and live auction, dinner and an incredible performance by the winners of our ICON talent competition. The winners, all club members, were just selected at the Final held on the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage. Needless to say, we are all very excited and anticipate another fantastic event, and we hope you can join us as a volunteer! We are looking for about 20 art-loving volunteers to help staff this event. To date we have about 90 items in our auction. Volunteers’ responsibility will be to monitor the auction tables during bidding and assist in the auction closing. More specific details will sent as we get closer to the event. Please note: We will have some pretty amazing auction items. To maintain the integrity of the event I must ask that you refrain from bidding on any of the items. Dress code: business attire please. Travel time is included in this event.
