"Returning students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members can volunteer to perform various important roles throughout the move-in days, such as welcoming new Eagles and their families to campus, directing students, and moving students' belongings into their residence hall room. Volunteers are expected to attend a training session on Thursday, August 16th, at 4pm (an online, electronic training will also be provided throughout summer). During the day of volunteering, volunteers need to arrive 15 minutes prior to their shifts. Living on campus this fall? Returning students living in AU Housing during Fall 2018 that volunteer for TWO shifts will be allowed to move back to AU housing on Thursday, August 16th with NO early arrival fees. If you are returning to campus as part of a group for training or work, be sure to check in with your appropriate supervisor prior to signing up for a shift." ***We will be signing up the chapter as a whole so no outside links/forms are necessary***
