Volunteers will meet in the kitchen of St. Luke's Mission center at the beginning of the shift. You can reach it from the stairs behind the building on the right hand side of the parking lot. Please dress sensibly, (close-toed shoes and long pants), you will be working around a kitchen so try to avoid loose or baggy clothing and long jewelry. No gourmet cooking experience is necessary� just a willingness to learn, have fun, and respect the safety rules of the kitchen! Volunteers must be at least 16 years old, or accompanied by a guardian. Please contact the Kitchen Manager if you have any questions about this. *This project requires physically strenuous work* If you have signed up for this shift but can no longer make it, please cancel your registration at least one day in advance. NOTE: Transportation time is included. It should only take about 15-20 minutes from campus by bus. However, 30 minutes is added each way just in case.
