My Spanish Class has partnered with DC Workers United to put on a photo exhibit in Katzen. The exhibit will feature photos taken by jornaleros (day laborers) and show us their work and daily life. The exhibit touches on some important issues concepts like immigration, labor, transnationalism, and identity. Your's truly helped title and and write description for some of the photos It would mean a lot if I saw some brother join me there! And we can maybe grab some dinner together after!
