The 14th Annual Gourmet Gala for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital will be held on Tuesday evening, February 21st, 2012, at the National Building Museum, 5th and G Streets, Washington DC. Groups of volunteers carry touchpads and "Float" throughout the guests offering auction bidding and checking status of bids, donations, answer questions, etc.monitor auction tables during coctails and after dinner events, assist guests with auction bidding, guard display items, act as runners to help with distribution to winners at end of event. Shift starts at 5:30PM, volunteers must arrive 45 mins prior to shift to learn touchpads. The event is within walking distance of Union Station. nt is within walking distance of Union Station.
