[APO does not take any political position.] The Roosevelt Institute is hosting an important event where they offer an alternative solution to the struggle taking place in the Citizens United vs FEC case. They are looking for people to sign a petition to get their solution pushed through directly to Congress! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to table during this event and collect people's signitures to this petition. This is a separate project to just attending the event because they only require 2-3 people. If you sign up to both attend and table you will not get double the service hours--it's either one or the other (because they are both at the same place). You are welcome to sign the petition if you want to, but the project is just to table the event and collect others' signatures.
