CBD is a university tradition that celebrates Earth Month by incorporating campus beautification and sustainability goals. It also is an opportunity to build and strengthen the AU community by bringing together staff, faculty, students, and neighbors. To participate in the sustainability-themed activities, register at the flag pole area opposite the MGC entrance on the Quad starting at 8 a.m. on Wednesday. Wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and we will supply the rest (gloves, water, T-shirt, and team leaders to guide you in participating in the various activities). The gardening activities wrap up at 11:45 a.m., and will be followed immediately by a barbeque in the amphitheater. All Campus Beautifiers will be qualified to enter to win a raffle prize at the barbeque. Simply fill out a raffle ticket at the registration desk and be present to win at the giveaway during the barbeque.
