Bros will help encourage individuals on 14th street to go get tested for HIV with The DC Center. Other volunteers will also help facilitate the actual testing at The DC Center. So, volunteers will either be out on 14th street encouraging individuals to get tested or in the Center helping the doctors who are testing individuals.
