You and me got a whole lot of history—it's already time for the THIRD biannual except-for-that-time-I-was-abroad ONE DIRECTION FELLOWSHIP, that time when all the members of Eta Phi's One Direction Senate gather to share the Keynote presentations we have made about One Direction during the year, to watch videos of our hideous sons, to cry as if we are getting paid for it. YES, it is a joyous event, and this year, by design, the fellowship falls upon the feast of the release of MADE IN THE A.M., our beautiful bog trolls' fifth studio album. We must celebrate. It has been a rough year. Our spring 2015 One Direction fellowship was derailed from being a joyful event into being a terrifying journey of grief in which we stared into the void and a naughty man stared back, a time of great disappointment and misfortune. However, we have risen from the ether stronger and more resilient, with a new album of sick tunes to buoy us ever onward. "I want to build you a boat, one just as strong as you are free," One Direction sing us on this new album, but little do they know they have already done that; they have bailed us out when we thought we were shipwrecked, and we realize now: our hearts aren't, in fact, going to sink.
