THE 10th PERSON TO SIGN UP MUST BE AN AUTO DRIVER! Everybody loves dogs! Or at least, I do, so lets help find them homes! Here is some information on the service project! TRAVEL TIME INCLUDED 1. Be willing to commit to a timeframe of 11:45 AM - 3:30 PM Saturday. This ensures a successful event for our volunteers and dogs. 2. Be vigilant in protecting the safety of your dog. Sometimes volunteers socialize with other volunteers to the point where they lose sight of exactly where their dog is (even on a leash). It is very important to keep your dog a safe distance from other dogs in order to reduce possible confrontations. 3. Be willing to perform other volunteer tasks besides handling a dog. In rare instances, we have more volunteers than dogs. There are other vital tasks to be fulfilled such as keeping water bowls filled, helping with the puppy pen, and selling T-Shirts. Please remind your volunteers to be flexible.
