My Sister's Place will host the Clothesline Project at Freedom Plaza on October 9, 2015 from 9:30am-2:30pm with a rain date of October 16, 2015. Real survivors tell their stories of abuse, despair, hope, and empowerment by expressing their feelings and experiences of domestic violence through their own art on t-shirts, which are displayed on a clothesline held by victim advocates and volunteers. Victims often suffer in silence and shame. MSP's Clothesline Project gives them a voice.
