DO YOU WANT TO GO TO THE DC UNITED GAME ON OCTOBER 2nd AND FUNDRAISE FOR AN AMAZING ORGANIZATION AT THE SAME TIME? Here is your opportunity!!! Education for Sharing is willing to sell APO tickets for $26 and $5 will be donated to Sports for Sharing. Education for Sharing is an international organization that forms better citizens from childhood through the power of play. We currently offer four educational programs designed for students ages 6-15. In each program students discover new abilities to affect change, they reflect on global or local issues that concern them, and share solutions to improve their environment. The program Sports for Sharing, for example, uses sports and games to instill civic values and teach children about the Millennium Development Goals. Many of the children that we serve are enrolled in a free/reduced lunch plan. We work in local Washington, D.C. public schools such as Marie Reed and Bancroft Elementary Schools. The soccer match is a safe and exciting event for your student body, while providing an opportunity to give back to your community. After researching Alpha Phi Omega, this is an event where we can work together to help the community. The match represents an exciting brotherhood event as well as a service opportunity. Our goal is partner with your organization to fundraise for our organization. ** MAKE PAYMENTS VIA VENMO BY SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 19th with the comments sections stating "Alpha Phi Omega Eta Phi" to the organization's COO's, Yizreel Urquijo and the profile picture is the Education for Sharing logo. **
