The cherry blossom needs help with their famous parade! We need 25 (or a few less) people to volunteer to help carry banners or balloons in the parade. You all would need to be at the parade site as close to 7:30 am as is humanly possible. As such, I have provided time before and after the actual end time of the event to account for travel.
