EDIT I've just set the signup limit at the current number of attendees. I never expected 12 people to sign up, and am beyond excited about the enthusiasm for this project! If you're interested in volunteering and didn't get to sign up this time, I'd love to see you next weekend! Aaron Wangari Gardens is a community garden serving a low-income community with little access to fresh groceries. It makes a huge difference! We've been helping out with their compost system, as well as a wheelchair path to make the garden more handicapped-accessible and various other projects that need doing. Once, we harvested bamboo for building materials. It's a lot of fun, and really rewarding! Just be prepared to get your clothes dirty. We'll meet by the Tenleytown Metro at 10:10 AM and be back in time for chapter.
