The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington is hosting a festival to teach people about their mission. Attendees will experience many activities and show for free. Volunteers will need to help with booths, entrances, and help the attendees. Please meet in the LA Quad no later than 10:00 am to go to the event. You will have to switch to the Green Line and go to Navy Yard (New Jersey Ave Exit). The entrances to the The Yards Park are located at 3rd and 4th Streets, SE and at Water Street, SE which is two blocks south of M Street, SE. This shift begins at 11:00 and they recommend arriving fifteen minutes before. Project leader will fill out a volunteer form for the group. Please note: Even though the times overlap, you may sign up for more than one shift. You will not get credit for the overlapping times, however. Please leave your t-shirt size as a comment when you sign up.
