The Girl Scout Council of the Nation’s Capital (GSCNC) is seeking volunteers to serve at the 6h Annual Keys to Leadership Conference, “The Power of Perspective” scheduled for Saturday, March 8, 2014 at American University. This conference brings together girls of ALL abilities (ages 11-17) across the region for a leadership experience that is designed to inspire girls to recognize their own abilities and to become active in their schools and communities. Volunteers are needed from 9 am – 5:30 pm to serve as greeters, unit (group) leaders, speaker assistants, room monitors, and to help with other general tasks as assigned. We are also in need of volunteers to assist with conference preparation during the week prior to the event. If you are available to volunteer, please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/KTLvolunteer2014 to complete the registration form. I am putting this up for people that are staying here over spring break and would like an opportunity to serve. Fill out the survey monkey for when you want to volunteer/in what position.
