Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the holiest time of the year is upon us: Girl Scout Cookie Season. Join me in my never-ending quest to see how quickly I can eat a box of Thin Mints! We'll convene at the northside shuttle around 1pm, and then we'll walk down Mass to Crate and Barrel (a charming five minute stroll) to meet some lovely Girl Scouts and purchase cookies that encourage goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics. Generally, Girl Scouts only take cash, and the prices fluctuate based on the year (and about 75% of the profits go back to the local Girl Scout council!), so I can't tell you how much moolah to bring. I do believe there's an ATM nearby in case you find yourself needing one more box of Samoas. Also, bring a reusable shopping bag... Especially if you're buying as many boxes as me. #noshame
