Capitol Street NE, Washington DC; Scott Building, Ground Floor - The home has over 450 residents that includes veterans enlisted with a minimum of 20 years of service at the age of 60, incapable of earning a livelihood because of a service-connected disability, served in a War Zone or Hostile Fire Zone, and women veterans who served before 12 JUL 1948.
