| Date: Nov 21, 2013 at 8:00am to 11:30am | |
Similar to Meals for Minds, Martha’s Market is a community grocery distribution, where anyone can come and shop for groceries. We have expanded this program, resulting in a greater need for volunteers than ever before! Come see our community grocery distribution first-hand and gain the full Martha’s Table experience.
Volunteers Must Wear:
Long pants (no pajama pants and no spandex pants please)
Closed-toe shoes (no sandals)
Tank-tops are not allowed
No exposed midriff
Hats if you do not wish to wear a hairnet
Please arrive 15 minutes early for orientation. No late arrivals will be permitted.
Please report to the Latin American Youth Center at 2500 14th Street NW. We highly recommend using public transport or carpooling as parking space is limited.
The project is from 8:30-11am | |
