Often we have big goals for our programs but they may feel abstract or out of reach. Perhaps we have a sense that our programs are working great for some students but we aren’t reaching others and we don’t know why. Implementation assessment can help you gain a stronger sense of your program’s identity and effectiveness, and help you articulate accomplishments and needs to others. It can help you make better claims about how your program is making a difference and for whom.
