Deans Democracy in Leadership Considerations Panel

Date: Mar 20, 2024 at 11:00am to 12:15pm
Higher education doesn’t operate democratically in the ways that we typically think of democracy. However, we do employ principles of democracy in a variety of ways related to decision-making, priority-setting, and planning. Join us for a panel conversation with three CSU Deans as they discuss how they engage principles of democracy in their leadership. Panelists will include Dean Sue VandeWoude of the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Dean Lise Youngblade of the College of Health and Human Sciences, and Dean James Pritchett, Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences and incoming Vice President for Engagement and Extension. Please fill out the Chapter-Sanctioned Leadership Credit Form within 1 week OR send a photo and two things you learned at the event to leadership@apo-epsilonxi.org for credit.
