Building an inclusive team requires authenticity and vulnerability. This work can be done by stepping outside of oneself to learn about the lived experiences of others. Through learning and reflecting about systemic power and privilege this workshop will allow participants to develop important strategies to make sure everyone has a sense of belonging on their team.
