During this workshop, students will reflect on their leadership journey and where they have found themselves to be leaders so far in their life. Through this activity and a facilitated discussion afterwards, students will be able to identify their own leadership style and how they can use that to their advantage in different leadership roles. Students will also be able to recognize that all styles of leadership are important and useful in real life.
