During this day of service, student volunteers work hand in hand with neighborhood residents at sites around the Downtown and South campuses. Past projects include painting, preparing community gardens and neighborhood flower beds, removing graffiti and general cleanup tasks. Community Day is a chance for the university community to give back to the city it loves and to demonstrate UB’s commitment to the neighborhoods around its campuses. Please plan on arriving no later than 9 am for check-in, complimentary breakfast, and gear handout. Shuttles/Buses will depart starting at 9:15 am and will pickup from sites at approx. 12:30 pm to return to 150 Farber Hall (Butler Auditorium, South Campus) for lunch celebration and prize raffles (free for students). Rides are provided but you have to meet on South campus. If you want you can meet on North first and then go to south. Please sign up on APO online first and then on Link. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf20nNuRw3pavDYswKKr2-MNgJ9iVE_fuhOJwenFDZkfYD6OA/viewform
