Presented by Vote Everywhere, under the Andrew Goodman Foundation, and the Engage Lead Serve Board, Minds at Work 2019 will feature five campus speakers organized together in one setting in order to educate and engage students with relevant, engaging, and action-oriented presentations. Topics will include: -Women in Leadership -Appalachian Kentucky: An Outsider Looks at Misconceptions -Safer Cities -Service Animals -Algorithmic Bias The event will include prize give-a-ways, interactive art pieces, reflection activities, and opportunities for attendees to gain information from/chat with presenting groups at tabling sessions.
