APO LEADS is a national leadership development program consisting of five courses: Launch, Explore, Achieve, Discover, and Serve. Launch is the prerequisite for the other courses and increases participants’ knowledge of leadership skills, what it means to be a Servant Leader, and how leadership traits relate to the cardinal principles of leadership, friendship, and service.
