As you all know, littering is a huge problem in our city. NJPIRG is working this semester to BAN plastic bags in New Brunswick, and they would love for everyone to come and support your city in this movement for a better and cleaner New Brunswick! They will be hosting a clean-up event on May 4, 2019 from 11AM-3PM in Feaster Park. All ages are welcome! They will be working to clean the park, but they will also be able to answer any questions or concerns you have regarding the plastic bag ban.
