We are celebrating the 5th year of the Ashley L. Lamb Memorial 5K. We raise awareness about early prevention strategies for colon cancer, and also raise funds for Wings of Hope. On race day, we provide literature about prevention and also create space to acknowledge colon cancer survivors. It is located at the West State Street Shelter House down by the ball fields. It is easily reached via the bike path from campus. We have are looking for folks to help out in the following ways: 1. Pre-race set up – hang signs, organize area, prep snacks 2. Lead registration and check-in 3. Distributing t-shirts 4. Recording names at the finish line 5. Handing out water to runners/walkers at the turn around point 6. End of event tidying up
