FIRST YEAR STUDENTS ONLY! Develop your unique leadership style through Foundations, a leadership development program for first-year students. During the six-week certificate bearing program, immerse yourself in reflective exercises, group activities, and experiential learning opportunities to better understand your unique leadership style and outline a plan for your leadership development at OHIO. Each semester we offer two Foundations groups - the "Monday Group" and the "Thursday Group" - and each group runs for six weeks. To take part, decide which group fits best with your schedule and attend the first session. It's that easy! There is no need to register in advance. If you have questions, call our main office.
