The space can be easily accessed by bike/car from the E. State Street Mall area: go a little farther out E. State St. to Hampton Inn, which is just before the big mall where the Athena Grand movie theater is located. Go to the very back of the Hampton Inn parking lot, and there is always plenty of space to park.
