Set up--Grounds/Site, starts around 7am or whenever the tents are up this includes: unloading rental props from truck, setting up tables, chairs, decorating (garlands), signs/banners, prep for cookie/cocoa serving area, book sale area, hospitality/volunteer check-in, benches, children's Post Office area...
