Bring a handwritten letter to a veteran into meeting to get 1 service point! As our team prepares Veteran Boxes for November, we would love for our community to write thank you notes for our veterans. Our goal is to fill the boxes with as many hand-written cards as possible so veterans understand how much we appreciate their service—especially close to Veteran’s Day. Include an uplifting message, a simple home-made recipe and/or a thank you for the veteran’s service. Please do not include personal information or proselytize. Please include/leave your name and email address with the cards so we can keep track of who helps with this volunteer opportunity!
