Set up: 1-4pm includes filling cups with sand, placing battery operated candles in cups, and placing cups along pathways (will need a few wheelbarrows for sand, and flat wagons to distribute cups). Help with creating pre-determined shapes on hillsides. Help with arranging tables at picnic shelters. Take down: Event ends at 7:30. Collect all cups, candles, and bag up sand (still working on where sand is coming from). There will be food trucks and you can watch the event in between shifts if you choose to stay for the full event!
