This shift will be focused on: - Assist teams in getting water for their handwashing & dishwashing stations (water will down the row near booths 69-70 & near the loading dock) - Alert Holiday Inn staff when water cambros are low so they can refill - Point out to teams where the grease trap is (outside loading dock doors) - Be available to assist teams as needed
