The event is an all-day educational event where Scouts will take classes in various subject areas. Attendance over the years has run from 600-over 1,000 Scouts attending. SHIFT 1 - The morning of the event – assistance with check-in distributing materials to attendees and collecting information from Troop leaders (7am - 9 am) SHIFT 2 - The morning of the event – assistance helping Scouts get to their assigned classrooms (4-6 volunteers, 9-10 am Saturday the 28th) SHIFT 3 - Lunch during the event – assistance organizing and distributing meals to attendees and cleaning up after (6-8 volunteers,10 am – 2:00pm Saturday the 28th) SHIFT 4 - All Day during the event – classroom instruction teaching Scouts in various subject areas listed at link above (2-4 volunteers, 2pm – 5:00pm Saturday the 28th) If you would like to be the Project Leader, please fill out this form: https://goo.gl/forms/PTcPPNPtO06s1eCH3 Text Sasha at (540)498-5478 if you have any questions!
